In this post, I will not only be talking about exterior home cleaning in Chicago. I will also be speaking about other items that we can power washed around the house. For example, concrete sidewalks, patios, garage floors, stairs, and driveways are all items we perform during exterior home cleaning Chicago.

First of all, exterior home power washing. There are many different types of surfaces on the home that we clean. In addition, there are many different types of contamination on these surfaces. What’s included in Exterior Home Cleaning?

Our estimated price includes the power washing/cleaning of the outside of your gutters, fascia, soffit, downspouts, window frames, siding, brick/stone, limestone, and shutters. Not mentioned here, are front porches which if you have one we will be including it in the price. There may be items we did not list here. However, rest assured if we are estimating your home for power washing we will include them.

Other Items That We Power Wash

Above we mentioned items like concrete sidewalks and patios among other things. We also clean brick paver sidewalks, patios pool decks, and driveways. Some other items made from brick or block are retaining walls and knee walls.

In addition to paver brick cleaning. We offer natural stone power washing. This includes the power cleaning of limestone stairs, flagstone walks ways, bluestone patios and more. Another item that we clean a lot in Chicago are gangway sidewalks, detached garages, metal staircases Etc.

Finally, we offer wood/composite deck and fence cleaning and staining. This also includes stain stripping from decks and fences that are peeling or disintegrating from inferior labor or products. We use the best products out there when cleaning and/or staining your wood decks and fences. We have also been known to clean an occasional wooden play set or pergola.
